Virtually all of the fruit we distill comes from our own fields. Through the cultivation of our crops and selective harvesting we use only ripe and healthy fruit. This guarantees distinctive fruit flavors and clean fermentation, which results in excellent Schnapps.

Our fields are situated in and around the villages of Binzen and Schallbach. We grow eight different apple varieties, which are picked at their highest level of ripeness. Our pears, on the other hand, are picked before they are ripe, which preserves their aroma. We store the pears until they become soft and develop an intense color.

We harvest our cherries and plums by shaking the trees and catching the fruit in cloth nets. We then hand-select only the very best fruits for distilling.

In addition to our several varieties of fruit Schnapps, we also produce liqueurs and Schnapps made from herbs and spices.
