White and Red Gutedel: Gutedel is one of the world’s oldest grape varieties. It is
cultivated today only in Markgräflerland, and in Valais and Alsace
in France. Red Gutedel is also a white wine. Its name comes from the red skin of the grapes. It is less crisp than white Gutedel, but is fuller-bodied and has a wider range of flavors. The typical bouquet has features of almond, walnut, apple, peach, and grapefruit. |

Nobling: Nobling is characterized by both its fruity, aromatic style and
its elegant acidity, which makes it perfect for a good sparkling
wine. Nobling grapes also make an excellent Spätlese (late
picked) when the harvest is good. The Nobling Spätlese has
a great variety of fruity flavors and is well-balanced, both sweet
and dry. |

Gewürztraminer: Gewürztraminer is characterized by aromatic richness. Its intensive fragrance reminds the drinker of roses, lychee, and spices. The typical bouquet has features of lychee, wild rose, plum, clove, and lime.
Spätburgunder Rosé: We turn some of our Spätburgunder grapes into rosé wine, both still and sparkling. We process these grapes immediately after the harvest, which results in the wine’s slightly salmon pink color. Our still and sparkling rosé wines are pleasantly light and have a delicate berry flavor. The typical bouquet has features of raspberry, blackberry, red currant, strawberry, and butter. |

Spätburgunder Red Wine: We process most of our Spätburgunder grapes as red wine. We use the method of must fermentation only, which results in individual wines with a rich bouquet and a fine aroma. You can choose from the grades Qualitätswein (QbA), Kabinett, Spätlese, and Auslese. Spätburgunder’s unique bouquet grows even richer as it matures in the wooden barrels. The typical bouquet has features of cherry, blackberry, raspberry, plum, tannin, freshly cut grass, violet, wood, smoke, mocha, chocolate, and a roasted flavor. |

Regent: For Regent grapes we also use the method of must fermentation. Regent wine, unlike Spätburgunder, reminds you of a Mediterranean red wine. It has a full, intensive flavor and color. The typical bouquet has features of blackberry, elder, black pepper, and plum.
